I offer live movement classes on Zoom that incorporate breath, body weight exercises, cardio, dance, a heavy dose of Pilates and lots of fun. My classes are meant for any body who is interested in subtle investigations and powerful movements that help deepen our understanding of strength, mobility and vitality in a body positive environment. Class material is inspired by 2 decades of training and body maintenance in a variety of methods as a professional contemporary dancer in NYC and over 15 years of teaching Pilates to all kinds of people.
